During summertime New York City combines enchantment with scorching temperatures. The city achieves its highest level of excitement while maintaining its longest days when the energy spreads throughout the entire city. The combination of subway temperatures and concrete jungle atmosphere makes it extremely hot. My initial visit to NYC during summer taught me that beating the heat demands organized precautions.
