e Shiksha Kosh is an online portal introduced by Bihar Government. It was developed to administer education data statewide. It is used by teachers, school heads, and education officers to update, track and manage records in real time. It is more or less a one stop solution to manage all aspects of school personnel, their salaries, transfers, attendance, qualifications etc.
