American consumers think that Honda is the most committed auto brand of all. The customers ranked Honda first in terms of commitment to customers and product quality. the Consumer Reports National Research Center carry out a telephonic survey in order to find out any changes in consumers’ perception about major auto brands after Toyota’s failed attempts to control quality-crisis and poor customer services in the past two years. The survey participants were 1700 adults belonging to households with at least one vehicle.
71 percent of respondents said Honda was the best brand in terms of customer commitment. 73% of them declared it the best in terms of quality commitment. Ford stood second followed by Nissan and Chevrolet at number 3 and 4 respectively. Toyota ranked fifth despite all quality-related controversies. Hyundai, despite its great latest products ranked second last on the list, which probably suggests its brand’s weakness. Chrysler finished last mainly due to recent financial crisis and drought of new products.
Honda’s extraordinary perception can be contributed to the company’s consistency in making good and efficient vehicles that not only perform well, but are also fuel efficient and very reliable as compared to other rivals. All these things have earned Honda precious and well-deserved goodwill among auto consumers, as well as the perfect car for your teenagers to keep auto insurance low.
